Refund Policy — Document Clearing Services

At ALHADAF ALTHABET Documents Clearing Services, we are committed to providing professional and reliable services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our document clearing, PRO, and government liaison services in the UAE.

General Policy

Our document clearing services involve coordination with various UAE government departments, free zones, and regulatory authorities. Due to the nature of these services, many fees are non‑refundable once processing has begun. By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

Service Fees

  • Service charges paid to our company for consultation, processing, typing, PRO services, or administrative support are non‑refundable once work has commenced.
  • If the client requests cancellation before any processing or submission has started, a refund may be issued minus administrative charges.

Government Fees

  • All government fees, immigration fees, labour fees, attestation fees, and other statutory charges are strictly non‑refundable, as these are paid directly to government entities.
  • If an application is rejected by a government authority for reasons outside our control (e.g., eligibility issues, incomplete client information, legal restrictions), government fees cannot be refunded.

Government fees are paid directly to UAE authorities and are beyond our control. These fees are non‑refundable regardless of application outcome.

Client Responsibilities

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

  • The client provides incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information.
  • The client fails to provide required documents on time.
  • Delays or rejections occur due to client non‑compliance with UAE regulations.
  • The client changes their decision after the process has started.

Processing Delays

We strive to complete all services promptly; however, processing times depend on government authorities.

  • Delays caused by government departments do not qualify for refunds.
  • We are not liable for delays due to public holidays, system outages, or regulatory changes.

Refund Requests

To request a refund (where applicable):

  • The client must submit a written request within 7 days of payment.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14–21 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to hadaf.sabet@gmail.com within the specified timeframe.

Non‑Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Visa rejections due to security, medical, or legal reasons.
  • Application withdrawals initiated by the client after submission.
  • Services already completed or partially completed.
  • Urgent or express service fees.

Amendments to Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time to comply with UAE regulations or internal business requirements. The latest version will always apply.

This policy is governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
